minced meat 1/2 tin corned beef 3 tbsp tomato paste (or 1 1/2 tbsp tomato paste and 1 tin of crushed tomatoes) Water Touch of
oregano 1/2 tsp paprika and curry 3 eggs grated Parmesan cheese Fry diced onion in saucepan, add tomato paste or
tomato puree, simmer for a little while, then add minced meat, oregano, paprika and curry. Once cooked add corned beef and finally 2 beaten eggs
and cook for a further 2 minutes.Prepare a dish with raw rice laid across the bottom. Add the sauce and top up with water. Stir the mixture to
distribute evenly and add the salt, pepper, parmesan and 1 beaten egg, and mix gently again. Place in 200oC oven and cook for
20-30 minutes. Once top looks slightly cooked take out dish and stir mixture again. Place back in the oven until evenly cooked
