This is a tomato based noodle soup with broadbeans or peas can be substituted1 cup noodles (small with small hole) 1 Medium Onion (finely diced) Broadbeans (and/or peas) deskinned 3 tbspns Tomato paste 2 Medium Potatoes (diced) Fry the onion till glassy. Add tomato paste and diced potato with enough water to cook the potatoes. Add Noodles and beans with extra water to desired consistency. A little chicken stock can be added for extra flavour.
