Source: Mark Robb (Coleambally)1 large zucchini, grated 1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
1 large onion, grated 1/4 teaspoon ginger
1 egg, beaten Pinch of cayenne pepper
1/2 cup self raising flour 1 chicken stock cube
1/4 teaspoon curry powder Salt & pepper
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Drop tablespoons of batter into hot oil in frypan and fry until golden brown on both sides. Drain on absorbent paper immediately.
