| Snowpeas |
 | Harvest Period --- Spring and Autumn Generally picked as an immature pod before the peas begin to swell. I actually find the flavour is better when the peas are slightly swollen but not full. A classic favourite. Only cook ever lightly to preserve a little crispness in the pod. |

| Sugarsnap Peas |
 | Harvest Period --- Spring and Autumn Sugarsnap peas produce an abundance of sweet tasting
pods. Generally picked as an immature pod they are crunchy with flavour surpasses that of all other peas. A great addition to any stir
fry. |

| Shelling Peas |
 | Harvest Period --- Spring and Autumn Gather everyone around the kitchen table to shell some of
these, because nothing is better than freshly shelled peas. Very different to the frozen version most people are familiar
with. |

| Beans |
 |  Harvest Period --- Spring Beans require temperatures between 13oC and 35oC, which is achievable some
years and not in others, so a commercial supply is not always available. |

| Broadbean |
 | Harvest Period --- Spring Generally grown for Spring harvest but only kept for commercial supply if
there is sufficient demand. We use it as a mid season soil conditioner because the great bulk it produces helps boost our organic matter content to
improve our soils. |
